Back in 2007 a side-by-side ATV was a slow, boring, golf cart like utility vehicle. In that year Polaris Industries changed all that when they introduced the high performance RZR. But before the public got their new fix for speed we had to make them first. Updating the existing production line to accommodate the RZR line took ingenuity and a lot of hard work. Ensuring top assembly quality was critical to delivering this new high performance product. And because of the increased stress and strain on the chassis due to higher speeds, the frame welds and assembly methods had to be the best possible. These efforts were a massive success, leading to the creation of an entirely new market segment.
